This role is based at our Hyderabad Tech Center and follows a hybrid working model (at least 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.
Role Overview
As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, deploy, and support secure, scalable software solutions across the user interface, API, data, cloud, and AI layers. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and delivery teams to build high-quality applications that solve business problems.
You will contribute to GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native technologies. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building modern applications, solving complex problems, and continuously learning emerging technologies.
What will you do in this role
· Develop and maintain complex full-stack applications and software configurations in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
· Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
· Design and implement secure APIs, microservices, and backend services using Python, Node.js, Java, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
· Build GenAI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, semantic search, AI agents, enterprise knowledge sources, and orchestration frameworks
· Design, develop, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, grounding, and evaluation.
· Develop agentic workflows using reasoning, planning, tool calling, workflow orchestration, memory patterns, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
· Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, authentication systems, knowledge repositories, and business workflows.
· Work with structured and unstructured data using relational databases, vector databases, search platforms, and cloud-native data services.
· Design and execute automated and manual testing strategies covering application functionality, integrations, APIs, and AI solution quality.
· Build, deploy, monitor, and support applications on AWS/GCP/Azure using cloud-native engineering practices.
· Contribute to AI evaluation, monitoring, prompt management, model performance measurement, and continuous improvement of production AI systems.
· Apply secure software engineering principles including authentication, authorization, API security, encryption, secrets management, and data protection.
· Lead Agile product delivery, sprint planning, solution design discussions, and continuous improvement activities within a matrixed global organization.
- Regularly mentor colleagues, provide help with complex technical problems, defining engineering standards, and identifying reusable code and modules.
- Contribute to the development of solution architectures in business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
- Identify and evaluate alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability.
- Partner with global cross-functional teams to plan, execute and release in an Agile setup and deliver within matrix organization.
What should you have
· Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
· 7-11 years of hands-on experience working in full-stack development
- Experience building cloud-native applications and deploying solutions into production environments.
- Passion for technology innovation, AI-enabled engineering, and continuous learning.
Primary skills (must-have)
· Strong programming skills in Python and at least one additional technology stack such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or .NET.
· Strong full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise application development using technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
· Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and semantic search.
· Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, agentic workflows, & AI orchestration frameworks.
· Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
· Experience with vector databases and search technologies such as OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS.
· Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and/or Azure/GCP, including microservices, containers, serverless architectures, and managed services.
· Experience with DevSecOps practices including Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, observability, and automated testing.
· Experience implementing LLMOps practices including AI monitoring, model evaluation, prompt management, versioning, and production observability.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a product and customer-centric mindset.
· Ways of working: Agile/Scrum, code reviews, test-driven development and strong stakeholder collaboration
Secondary skills (nice to have)
· AWS or GCP certifications and experience with cloud-native patterns (serverless, event-driven, microservices)
· Experience with distributed data processing frameworks and secure data integrations
· UX and design thinking exposure; accessibility and performance best practices
· Experience working with globally distributed teams across time zones
· Experience within healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
