Job Description

As a Platform Technical Analyst you need to oversee the implementation and optimization of Veeva CRM / Veeva VAULT CRM / Salesforce / AWS projects. Need to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure design and build with quality . The role involves technical oversight, team mentorship, and maintaining system performance and security. Additionally, you need to stay updated Veeva CRM / Veeva VAULT CRM / Salesforce / AWS advancements to guide best practices. This position is crucial for aligning Veeva CRM / Veeva VAULT CRM / Salesforce / AWS discovery , solutions and implementations with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Governance

· Establish and maintain a complete asset inventory across the platform estate - AWS accounts and services, Veeva VAULT CRM / Veeva CRM applications, Salesforce applications, CMS themes and plugins, API Led Integrations, Software licenses, and related digital assets - ensuring accuracy, ownership, and lifecycle tracking.

· Define and enforce ways of working with stake holders, including engagement models, quality standards, SLAs, and delivery accountability.

· Drive AI-native ways of working and own the supporting toolset - skill sharing, AI agent hosting and Impact assessment , MCP servers, Security management, and related developer tooling - to make AI a default part of how teams deliver.

· Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across all platforms and vendor deliverables.

Platforms

· Own the technical architecture across Veeva CRM / Veeva VAULT CRM , Salesforce , and AWS, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

· Proactively manage vendor technology product releases: analyse release notes, remediate impacts where needed, and actively review new features.

· Assess new capabilities and come back with clear proposals to leadership and product teams on what to adopt, defer, or ignore.

Innovation

· Help drive prototyping of new ideas, tools, and platform capabilities to validate value quickly.

· Drive automation across operations, the SDLC, and CI/CD pipelines to improve speed, reliability, and developer experience.

· Help execute the AI engineering strategy horizontally across all platforms, ensuring consistency and shared capability.

· Drive AI adoption across the delivery teams and product management stakeholders, embedding AI into day-to-day delivery and decision-making.

Operations

· Define and run the support model, ensuring issues are triaged, escalated, and resolved within agreed service levels.

· Own access management and operational controls across platforms, balancing security with team productivity.

· Monitor platform health, manage incidents, and drive root-cause resolution and preventative improvements.

Required Qualifications

· Proven software engineering background with hands-on delivery experience.

· Strong, demonstrable expertise with AWS (accounts, architecture, security, and operations).

· Solid experience with the Veeva / Veeva VAULT platform / Salesforce ecosystem.

· Track record of leading global projects and coordinating distributed, multi-vendor teams.

· Experience defining technical architecture and platform governance at scale.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business audiences.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems or equivalent technical field from a recognized University or Institute.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 10+ years of relevant experience IT Implementation and managing large scale project delivery.

• 5+ years of experience in managing delivery team of Salesforce / Veeva / Veeva VAULT certification / AWS ( like as Veeva CRM , Veeva EVENT , Veeva Engage, Veeva Nitro, Veeva Open data, Veeva Promomat, MIS , AWS services, Salesforce Service cloud, Salesforce Experience cloud, Salesforce Data cloud, Salesfroce Sales cloud, Salesforce Marketing cloud, Salesforce Health cloud, Salesforce Agentforce etc ) preferably emphasis more on Pharma domain CRM and Cloud services landscape.

• Exposure or experience on GenAI / Agentic AI models , concepts or implementations exposure is nice to have .

• Must have proven track record on Salesforce / Veeva / Veeva VAULT / AWS Platform and services.

• Prior experience working effectively within a global team, taking strategic direction from leadership and considering inputs from team members.

• Should have Salesforce / Veeva / Veeva VAULT / AWS configuration and build working and implementation experience.

• Proficiency on Veeva on-line and offline mode ( preferably iRep application)

• Having knowledge on UI / UX is preferable.

• Strong background in Salesforce / Veeva / Veeva VAULT / AWS configuration, customization, build and integration over API is required.

• Exposure on Java SDK, GitHUB , GitHUB Action is preferable.

• Pharma domain experience is nice to have.

• Salesforce / Veeva / Veeva VAULT / AWS is also preferable / nice to have.

• Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.

• Should have strong understanding and working experience in Agile methodology.

• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions on-time.

• Should proficient enough to manage multi-vendor environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

• Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables

• Ability to stay updated with the latest Salesforce / Veeva / Veeva VAULT / AWS features and best practices
