Technical and Sales Representative-Comp-2

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, animal science, biology, business, or a related field
• Experience in animal health sales, veterinary support, or technical customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of companion animal products and veterinary practice needs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, veterinarians, practice managers, and distributor partners
• Promote companion animal products, including vaccines, parasiticides, dermatology, pain management, and other related solutions
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and technical support
• Achieve sales targets and territory growth objectives
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and educational visits
• Support new product launches, campaigns, and customer engagement activities
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback in the territory
• Work closely with marketing, technical services, and customer service teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, opportunities, and sales performance
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
