Graphic Designer - MacBook Owner

Job Description:

• Complete real graphic design tasks on a Mac
• Narrate design work and explain creative decisions
• Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models
• Support a research project with a leading AI lab
• Work through real design workflows to benchmark and improve AI models
• Complete a brief AI interviewer conversation and paid assessment during onboarding

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional or freelance graphic design experience, or currently enrolled postgrad design student
• Own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, or Canva
• Experience with branding, layout, typography, and visual communication
• Portfolio is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies, or 2-3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelors from a prestigious institution
• Ability to clearly explain creative decisions while working
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work as an independent contractor
• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
