Account Executive, B2B SaaS. San Francisco, hybrid, three days a week in the office.

We sell recruiting software to talent acquisition and HR leaders at companies with 200 to 5,000 employees. You will own a full sales cycle: outbound prospecting into named accounts, discovery, demo, multi-threaded evaluation, negotiation and close, then a clean handoff to customer success. Typical deals are 30k to 150k in annual contract value with a 60 to 120 day cycle. You will carry a quota, run your own pipeline in Salesforce, and work with an SDR and a solutions engineer.

Requirements: 3 or more years as a quota-carrying account executive selling B2B SaaS; a track record of closing mid-market deals end to end, not only sourcing them; experience selling to HR, People or Talent Acquisition buyers; fluent English; based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have: recruiting or HR tech domain experience; MEDDIC or similar qualification framework; early-stage startup experience; sold into companies going through hiring growth.
