This role goes beyond writing functions-you’ll be building the backbone of our trading intelligence platform. You’ll work across algorithms, APIs, system architecture, and performance optimization, ensuring every line of code contributes to real-time precision and scale.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in modern languages (C++, Python, Java, or Go)
- Build and maintain APIs, services, and integration layers
- Work with quants, data engineers, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Debug and optimize low-latency, high-throughput systems
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices
- Implement unit, integration, and performance testing
- Stay current with modern software development tools and frameworks
Who You Are
- 2-5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong in one or more languages: Python, C++, Java, Go, or Rust
- Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and API development
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles
- Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Passion for problem-solving and performance optimization
