What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high quality features delivery.
Conduct detailed design, coding, and unit testing based on requirements and design documents.
Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and contribute to elevating the team's technical capabilities.
Develop and maintain distributed, robust and scalable programs deployed to Kubernetes environments that serve hundreds of millions of users.
Support and debug production issues through on-call rotations.
What We're looking for:
3+ years of backend development experience.
Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Deep expertise in one or more backend languages: Golang, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
Strong experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, and backend microservices.
Proficient in common data structures and algorithms with excellent coding habits and style.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to build consensus with stakeholders.
Ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
Quick learner for new technologies.
Nice to Have:
Open-source contribution experience.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and cloud-native tooling.
