You will own the end-to-end AAI Labs program lifecycle: from proposal intake and submission evaluation, progress tracking, through to the graduation decision making process. You will bring consistency and speed to a high-volume portfolio, where AAI Labs runs hundreds of projects at once.
Responsibilities
Own the proposal process end to end: define acceptance criteria, run the review process, and keep a high-volume pipeline moving with clear, timely decisions. Build and run the portfolio tracking system for hundreds of concurrent projects, including milestones, health signals and data-generation targets. Design and run regular project evaluations, and drive milestone, pivot, cut and graduation decisions with the AAI Labs leadership team. Make decisions consistent across reviewers by creating rubrics, calibration and documented standards. Plan and run intake batches: onboarding, launch backlog and cadence. Identify bottlenecks in the AAI Labs operating model and fix them through process, tooling and automation.
