Role : Salesforce Technical Lead.

Location : Remote.

Notice Period : 30 Days.

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, integrations, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds, CI/CD, DevOps, and enterprise integrations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Salesforce Development : Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce.

- Salesforce Platform : SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder.

- Cloud Expertise : Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.

- Integration : REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Heroku, middleware integrations.

- DevOps : Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, Salesforce DX, Azure DevOps.

- Data & Architecture : Data modeling, schema design, performance optimization.

- CI/CD pipeline management and automated deployments.

- Team handling, code reviews, mentoring developers.

- Strong stakeholder communication and solution architecture skills.

Good to Have :

- Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce.

- AWS/Azure integration exposure.

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular.

- Java, Oracle PL/SQL, OOP concepts.

- SAP/Oracle EBS integrations.

- Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, CTA, Integration Architect).

Experience Range :

- 10+ years overall IT experience.

- 6+ years relevant Salesforce development/architecture experience.

- Experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
