Senior Consultant Energy Markets & Economics (all genders)

Your mission:

• Preparation of market analyses, economic assessments and expert reports for PV, BESS and hybrid projects
• Analysis of electricity markets, market mechanisms and regulatory frameworks within the European energy sector
• Evaluation of business models, route-to-market strategies, as well as flexibility and energy storage solutions
• Conducting cash flow, sensitivity and scenario analyses to support investment decisions
• Presentation of results and strategic recommendations to clients, investors and project partners
• Further development of existing consulting products and creation of new services in the field of Energy Markets & Economics
• Collaboration in an international environment and close coordination with the Sales and Business Development teams

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in Energy Economics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in the energy sector, market analysis, management consulting or project development
• In-depth knowledge of European electricity markets, energy market dynamics and regulatory requirements
• Experience in developing financial models, economic assessments and data-driven decision-making frameworks
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex topics and communicate them effectively to different target audiences
• High level of initiative, accountability, customer orientation and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
