METRO è l’azienda specializzata nel commercio all’ingrosso nel settore HoReCa. METRO Italia è alla ricerca di una figura di stageur (curriculare/extracurriculare) da inserire all'interno della Direzione Finance.

La risorsa andrà a supportare il Team Financial Planning and Analysis, con focus sui processi di monitoraggio dell’analisi della performance e dei KPI operativi e gestionali dei punti vendita.

In particolare si occuperà di:

  • Supporto nella raccolta e analisi dei dati economici dei punti vendita (fatturato, margini, costi, scorte, KPI operativi), confrontandoli con benchmark interni ed esterni.
  • Supporto nella preparazione di report e presentazioni sui risultati economici e sugli scostamenti rispetto agli obiettivi.
  • Supporto nell’analisi delle performance dei clienti con specifici accordi commerciali one-to-one, verificandone l'andamento del fatturato e dei margini.
  • Gestisce tutte le eventuali attività operative e/o accessorie connesse e/o collegate alle mansioni svolte.

I requisiti del candidato ideale:

  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza o simili.
  • Conoscenza dei principi contabili e degli schemi di bilancio
  • Microsoft Office - livello avanzato
  • Lingua inglese - livello avanzato
  • Pianificazione e organizzazione
  • Orientamento al risultato
  • Analisi dei problemi
