IT Project Coordinator (Outsource)

Coordinate and manage IT Security projects and cybersecurity remediation activities to meet agreed timelines and objectives. Act as the main coordinator between Security, Infrastructure, Network, System, Application teams, and Service Owners. Track and monitor Vulnerability Management activities, including vulnerability remediation and patch implementation progress. Coordinate with Application Owners and stakeholders to ensure security findings are addressed within target schedules. Facilitate meetings, follow up action items, and ensure project deliverables are completed as planned. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management review. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation items to minimize delays and project impact. Consolidate and track findings from Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Security Assessment, and Cybersecurity Risk reports. Present project progress, challenges, remediation plans, and improvement recommendations to management teams. Support the continuous improvement of Vulnerability Management processes, security governance, and project coordination practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, IT Security, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, or related roles.
Good understanding of IT Security concepts, including Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, and Risk Management.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure environments, including Network, Server, Operating System, and Applications.
Experience coordinating projects and working with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong project planning, task tracking, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to prepare management presentations and communicate project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards or frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or related certifications is an advantage.
