Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales
- targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Negotiate sales contracts and packages while identifying risks and business opportunities.
- Monitor, analyse and report sales performance and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 5-7 years' cognate experience. Experience in the paint industry is an advantage
- Strong sales, customer service and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
