- Conocer los modelos, sus características y diferencias.
- Atender, asesorar y cotizar a los clientes.
- Captar, desarrollar y fidelizar clientes.
- Realizar ventas y seguimiento de pedidos.
- Registrar correctamente los pedidos.
- Verificar la disponibilidad de inventario.
- Gestionar pagos y créditos.
- Gestionar reclamos y garantías.
- Cumplir las metas de ventas.
- Creación de contenido digital en diferentes plataformas.
- Entre otras funciones
- Manejo básico, intermedio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Edición de videos
- Manejo de herramientas digitales
