Production Operators receive extensive trainingto ensure they canworksafely and effectively with their high-performance teams to bring innovative products to life.

Their responsibilities include:

• following safety and quality procedures to provide Michelin’s customers with superior products;

• operating production machinery, monitoringthe condition and performance of the equipment by detecting abnormalities, taking action to correctissues, andmakingsuggestionsfor improvement;

• manualoperations including stacking raw material, handling finished products, performing quality inspections;

• following production plans to ensure on-time delivery;and,

• working with support teamsto test new methods, overcome challenges, and reduce waste.

Application requirements include:

• availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends;and,

• legal right to work in Canada (this position is not available for work permit sponsorship).
