What we’re looking for:

• Good knowledge of French (minimum B2 level)
• Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools;
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to take initiative;
• Attention to details; teamwork and collaboration.

What will you do:

• Processes requests received by email;
• Assists the HR Administrators in handling requests for employees in France (example: teleworking, working time, illness, mobility, etc.) in collaboration with all Human Resources actors;
• If necessary, contacts employees by phone to quickly resolve a problem;
• Provides back-up for another person in the team, in case of absence and occasional support for all team activities, if necessary (at the request of the direct manager);
• Respects the confidentiality of employees' personal data, as well as information related to their travel; Respects the rules for prioritizing activities.
• At the request of the hierarchical superior, also performs other tasks.
