DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Unterstützung bei der Terminvereinbarung für Fahrzeuge von Premiumkunden (Autoservice, Reifen, Autoglas)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Bearbeitung und Autorisierung von Belegen für Hertz/AVIS-Rental-Cars
  • Vorbereitung und Prüfung von Autoservice-Belegen (Focus Wartung & Verschleiß) für Leasing-Fahrzeuge vor der Rechnungsstellung in TyreCheck
  • Erste Anlaufstelle und Hilfestellung für unser Servicenetzwerk bei Fragen im Bereich Autoservice

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Fahrzeugtechnik, Logistik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Eine vorausgegangene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung im Kfz-Bereich (z. B. Kfz-Mechatroniker, Servicetechniker) ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes technisches / kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen sowie die Bereitschaft, dich schnell in branchenspezifische Programme einzuarbeiten
