1. Conduct detailed contract reviews, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Perform comprehensive legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to inform project requirements.
3. Draft, edit, and evaluate a variety of legal documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
4. Analyze regulatory compliance issues in multiple jurisdictions, offering guidance to align project content with legal standards.
5. Develop high-quality written explanations and rationales for legal positions and decisions.
6. Collaborate asynchronously through written and verbal communication channels to clarify complex legal concepts.
7. Provide feedback on legal data and contribute to iterative improvements of AI training materials.

1. Active law license (bar admission) and at least 5 years of practice in contract law, compliance, or a closely related specialty.
2. Proven expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
3. Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with a keen attention to legal nuance.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of conveying complex legal ideas clearly to both legal and non-legal audiences.
5. Comfort navigating and interpreting laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
6. Experience working independently in a remote, project-focused environment.
7. Familiarity with legal technology tools is a plus, though not required.
