Job Description:
Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, resolving customer and internal quality issues, managing non-conforming products, monitoring corrective actions, supporting audits, analyzing quality performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive timely resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve internal quality issues and RMAs.
- Review, disposition, and ensure proper containment of non-conforming materials and products.
- Monitor supplier corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Maintain and update quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
- Analyze quality performance data and prepare quality reports.
- Review failure analysis results and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
- Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process performance.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality tools, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with corrective and preventive action (CAPA), failure analysis, and root cause investigation.
- Understanding of customer complaint handling, non-conformance management, and audit processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
