Position Overview
As a Design Verification Engineer, you contribute to the verification of next-generation DRAM and emerging memory technologies. You work closely with design and verification teams to develop robust verification solutions, improve engineering productivity, and support successful product execution. This role combines verification methodologies, automation, debugging, and AI-assisted engineering approaches to deliver high-quality memory products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute verification plans, test scenarios, regressions, and coverage strategies to validate functionality and timing requirements.
- Debug design and verification issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution.
- Build and enhance verification environments, scripts, and automation solutions that improve verification efficiency and productivity.
- Support coverage closure, bug tracking, and verification signoff activities while helping ensure quality and schedule objectives are met.
- Apply AI-assisted tools and modern automation technologies to streamline verification workflows, accelerate problem-solving, and improve engineering effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of CMOS circuits, semiconductor fundamentals, and digital and/or analog verification methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SystemVerilog, Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA), and verification techniques used to measure test completeness.
- Experience using simulation and verification tools such as SpectreFX, Xcelium, Verilog, or similar industry-standard environments.
- Experience developing scripts or automation solutions using Python, Perl, or similar programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Cadence and Synopsys verification and design tools.
- Experience supporting DRAM, memory products, or semiconductor verification environments.
- Demonstrated debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
- Experience collaborating effectively with global engineering teams across multiple disciplines.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering tools and applying automation technologies to improve engineering productivity and innovation.
