Responsibilities:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related problems.
- Coordinate and complete process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization initiatives, implementing changes at process steps.
- Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
- Validate and fan out new process baselines, including new processes, tools, and materials for new product introductions.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness, while aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve process-related issues.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Baseline digital proficiency and role-appropriate AI literacy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Engineering or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content creation, and operational tasks.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Familiarity with SPC/FDC/RMS/APC.
- Ability to manage and audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
