MTB Automation OPS Engineer

• Process TC (traveler control) & LC (lot control) management.
• ET (equipment Tracking) system execution and management. • RMS (recipe management system) execution and management. • MAM & ATMES manufacturing system execution and management. • Good mindset for critical CH (change control) management.
• New product process flow design and setup in system
• Global attribute document creation and attribute site representative
• A/T New MES system UAT and coordinator with site team
• System issue trouble shooting and remedy ticket resolved
• New tool system integration and user acceptance test
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), including basic data querying, joins, and data manipulation.
• Possesses basic data analysis skills, capable of understanding production or manufacturing-related data.
• Running manual reduction program to enable data automation
• Leverage AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual touch points and improve manufacturing efficiency
• Apply Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted analytics to reduce MTB/PWF/TCP system issues
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system development and improvement.
• With reporting and presentation skill for top leader

This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining manufacturing control systems, including Traveler, Q-time, LMS, ET, MAM, MES and GCP, to ensure correct system setup, execution control, and change implementation in fab operations.

Requirements:

- Good English communication (TOIEC 500+ better)

- Good Excel / PowerPoint Analysis Skill

- Good Presentation Skill

- Occasional cleanroom access is required for system testing and validation

- Regular job
