We're hiring backend engineers with strong fundamentals in data structures & algorithms and hands-on experience building server-side systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services.
  • Write high-quality, testable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ship features that matter.
  • Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve system performance.

Requirements:

  • Very strong command of data structures and algorithms; able to write clean, efficient, well-reasoned code.
  • Solid backend engineering experience in Python and/or Java.
  • Good grasp of core CS fundamentals: OOP, concurrency, databases, and API design.
  • Experience building, scaling, or debugging production-grade backend services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to own features end-to-end.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching.
  • Exposure to system design (especially for SDE-2).
