KeyResponsibilities:
Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across allcontrolactivities.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance oncontrolsystems ranging from PLC, LSS(Life Safety system), FAS (Fire alarm system),Instrumentation and related Control systems,etc.
Support commissioning and startup of newcontrolsystems and infrastructure upgrades.
Identifyand fix electrical problems usingstructuredsolving stepsor procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and FMEA toidentifyand mitigate potential system failures.
Maintainaccuratedocumentation ofcontrolsystems, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
Mentor junior technicians andparticipatein technical training programs to elevate team capabilities.
Support deployment of SMART diagnostics tools and digital systems to improve maintenance efficiency and system intelligence.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Electrical& ControlEngineering or equivalent technical certification.
Experience:Minimum2+ years incontrolmaintenance and operations within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of PLC/Instrumentation/FAS/LSSsystems, electrical schematics, and safety codes. Familiarity with ETAP, IEC standards, and predictive maintenance tools is a plus.
Communication: Effectivecommunicatorwith strong teamwork and documentation skills.
Problem Solving:Demonstratedability to resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.
Approach: Proactive, safety-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.
