Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and sustain MRDA equipment.
• Provide backup support for basic maintenance in the MRDA area.
• Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
• Upgrade tool capabilities and improve product quality.
• Develop and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials.
• Conduct abnormal analysis and improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and metrology principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Integration of AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribution to continuous improvement through AI-enabled enhancements.
• Ability to apply baseline digital proficiency and role-appropriate AI literacy effectively.
