As an HVM Photo Scanner MTS, you will be a key technical contributor within the High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Photo team, focusing on DUV scanner performance, process optimization, and equipment reliability. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, support new technology introductions, and ensure alignment with Micron’s roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
- 8+ years of experience in photo process or scanner equipment engineering, preferably in a semiconductor HVM environment.
- Strong understanding of DUV scanner systems, including ASML immersion platforms and associated metrology tools.
- Track record of successful innovation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive measurable improvements in yield, cycle time, and equipment performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
