Key Responsibilities :

• Space Planning & Cross-functional Coordination: Plan office seating layouts, zoning, and traffic flow, and coordinate with departments to align seating and space needs.
• Workplace Experience Support: Design office spaces that enhance collaboration, interaction, and overall employee experience, including meeting rooms and shared areas.
• Office Expansion & Renovation Project Management: Lead office expansion, renovation, and relocation initiatives, including planning, coordination, resource alignment, and onsite execution to ensure seamless delivery.
• Long-term Space Strategy: Work with PMO team to analyze organizational growth and seating forecasts to develop flexible and cost-efficient long-term space strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leadership, Facility, SMAI, and other key partners to ensure space plans align with company strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Review and improve workflows, processes, and space-usage efficiency, and introduce digital or intelligent tools to enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation.

Requirements :

• Strong project coordination and execution skills: Able to manage multiple office expansion or renovation tasks, keep things on schedule, and make sure everyone stays aligned.
• Comfortableusing digital or smart tools: Willing to learn and use tools like space-usage dashboards, seating systems, or simple automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Strongcommunication and teamwork: Able to work well with different departments and communicate clearly when gathering needs or pushing projects forward.
• Goodanalytical and problem-solving mindset: Can look at seating data, space usage, or future headcount plans and provide practical, well-thought-out recommendations.
• Continuousimprovement mindset: Proactively spot areas that can be improved-whether in workflow, communication, or tools-and help make processes smoother.

• Possiblework locations: Taichung, Taoyuan, Miaoli, Tainan
