- Experience in - Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer - Operation of Microsoft windows OS and LAN TCP/IP - Knowledge related to problem research.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems for Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer
- Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to speed Micron AI transfermation
- Support the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration for hardware and software
- Manage asset and refresh hw align life cycle rule
- Work with world-wide Corporate teams to implement new solutions and meet business requirements
- Those with manufacturing work experience are preferred.
- Proficient in Chinese/English oral and written communication skills.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
