Summary/サマリー

As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue free release to both internal and external customers. Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.

We provide quality testing support for specific products or product groups. For new products, we also develop test methods and select test tools. Collaborate with design, process, test, and reliability engineering to solve problems. Sustain products by reducing costs and improving yields. Get customer satisfaction by explaining the reliability of measurement results.

主な職務内容

• モバイルDRAM製品の検証テスト範囲および品質の向上。
• 検証チーム、設計チーム、PE、QMSと連携した検証テストフローの構築、検証テスト項目のレビューおよび承認、品質を確保したテストプログラムによるDRAM製品の評価。
• テストパターンの開発によるテスト効率および品質の向上。
• 最先端の社内エンジニアリング設備を活用した製品特性評価および電気的故障解析の支援。
• JEDEC規格に準拠した故障検出。
• 体系的な分析による問題の根本原因の特定。
• 各種エンジニアリング部門との連携によるプロセスおよび欠陥関連問題の解決。
• 設計、検証、シミュレーションエンジニアとの協業によるテストカバレッジの改善。
• モバイルDRAM向けテスト戦略の立案および高品質・短時間テスト手法の開発。
• 製品データの詳細分析および歩留まり向上プロジェクトへのフィードバック。
• データ解析・データ分析を活用した回路設計、テスト時間、品質の改善。
• Verilogシミュレーションを用いた新製品向け検証テストパターン検証の支援。
• 設計限界の特定および回路関連課題に対する回路修正・ヒューズ改善案の提案。
• 製品評価業務の現場における課題ヒアリングおよび要件定義。
• AIツールを活用した業務効率化フローの設計・実装および品質チェック手法の強化。
• 業務の効率化・高品質化の推進および解析手法の拡張性の検討。

必須要件

• 電気工学、電子工学、コンピュータサイエンス、情報工学、または関連分野における学士号以上
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力

歓迎要件

• 英語によるコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
• Python、TypeScript、PowerShell などを用いたシステム開発・実装経験
• 論理回路またはアナログ回路の設計経験、もしくは回路図を理解できる知識
• Verilogを用いたシミュレーション経験
• 高速インターフェイス（High-Speed Interface）の評価・テスト経験
• DRAM製品に関する知識・業務経験
• IATF16949（自動車品質マネジメントシステム）に関する知識
• 社内外の関係者との折衝・調整能力、および情報収集・発信の経験
• API連携、データ処理、例外処理を含む業務自動化の経験
• Claude CodeなどのAI開発ツールや生成AIの活用経験
• 現場課題を分析し、具体的な改善施策の提案から実行まで主体的に推進した経験
