Job Description
As an Expansion Program Integration & Readiness Engineer, you will build the future of Micron's global manufacturing by enabling the flawless delivery of strategic semiconductor expansion programs. This role uniquely positions you to bring diverse teams together, transforming ideas into operational capabilities that drive Micron's success!
You will engage from early concept planning through factory startup and production ramp, influencing critical decisions to ensure that business objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and predictably.
You will collaborate with partners across Manufacturing, Facilities, Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Quality to solve complex challenges, drive continuous improvement, and build lasting business impact.

Responsibilities
In your role as an Expansion Program Integration & Readiness Engineer, you will:
- Lead strategic expansion and readiness programs that enable future manufacturing growth.
- Partner with teams across the organization to deliver business-critical achievements and operational readiness objectives.
- Drive coordinated planning, risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
- Build alignment across multiple organizations while encouraging collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, readiness metrics, and progress reporting to support business decisions.
- Find opportunities to improve execution efficiency, operational effectiveness, and organizational capability.
- Support executive reviews through clear, concise, and data-driven communications.
- Help establish scalable governance models, guidelines, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of digital solutions, analytics capabilities, and modern project management approaches.
- Serve as a trusted partner who enables teams to navigate complexity and achieve successful outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience leading projects, programs, operational initiatives, or business improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across organizations and functions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing priorities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and support decision making.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment among diverse collaborators.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, factory startup, facility expansion, or operational readiness environments.
- Knowledge of capital projects, technology transfer, manufacturing ramp, or business operations.
- Experience supporting long-term planning, organizational transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Familiarity with Power BI, analytics tools, automation solutions, AI-enabled workflows, or digital transformation programs.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience working within global and highly collaborative organizations.
