This job requisition is to seek seniortechnical leadersin the field ofprocess engineeringto join Micron Memory Taiwan, reporting directly to site Sr. managementor theVP.As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS)or Distinguished member of technical staff(DMTS), youwill play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining the technical roadmap, and mentoring fellowengineers. Your expertisewill be instrumental in developing cutting-edgeDRAMprocess solutions to support yield ramp-up.Your contribution will leavea lasting impact on the DRAM industry.
Responsibilities for Process Engineering SMTS/DMTSinclude (but not limitedto):
Own critical taskforce, take ownership of critical initiatives, andleadingcross-functional technical team to execute new tech node yield roadmap. Collaborate closely withprocess integration, technology development,and local yield teams to improve new technology.
Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career development.
Cultivatean innovative mindset, identifyingopportunities for process improvements that align withstate-of-the-artproduct requirementwhile optimizingcosts.
Develop a fundamental understanding of process engineering and its impact on overall process health.
Provide engineering support tointernal team members andsenior leadership.
Qualifications:
Technical expertise: Detailed knowledge of at least one of the main semiconductor processes,including lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation, andmetrology,with at least 10 years of relevant experiencein advanced memory or logic node. Strong understanding of process integration
Project leadership: Proven skills in leadingcomplex technical projects, ensuring timelydelivery ofhigh-quality results. Ability to drivecross-functional technical teamsand successfully completeofcomplex projects.
Communication skills: Outstanding written and verbalcommunication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, includinginfluencingand motivating.Ability to collaborate effectivelywith multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions
Education: An advanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.
