This job requisition is to seek seniortechnical leadersin the field of process integrationto join Micron Memory Taiwan, reporting directly to site Sr. managementor the VP.As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS)or Distinguished member of technical staff(DMTS), you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining technical roadmap, and mentoring fellowengineers. Your expertisewill be instrumental in developing cutting-edgeDRAM process integration solutions to support yield ramp-up. Your contribution will leavea lasting impact on the DRAM industry.
Responsibilities for Process Integration SMTS/DMTS include (but are not limitedto):
Own critical taskforce, take ownership of critical initiatives, leadingcross functional technical team to execute new tech node yield roadmap, collaborate closely withprocess engineering, equipment team, technology development and local yield teams to improve new technology.
Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career development.
Cultivatean innovative mindset, identifyingopportunities for process improvements that align withstate-of-the-artproduct requirementwhile optimizingcosts.
Develop a fundamental understanding onstructure and device. Understand their impact on manufacturability, cost, and quality.
Provide engineering support tointernal team members andsenior leaders.
Qualifications:
Technical expertise: Detailed knowledge of semiconductor integrationand theinteraction of different processes and metrologywith at least 10 years of relevant experience in advanced memory or logic node.Good knowledgeof process engineering,including lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, and implantation.
Project leadership: Proven skills in leadingcomplex technical projects, ensuring timelydelivery ofhigh-quality results. Ability to drivecross-functional technical teamsand successfully completeofcomplex projects.
Communication skills: Outstanding written and verbalcommunication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, includinginfluencingand motivating.Ability to collaboratewith multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions
Education: An advanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.
