Analyze business needs to understand the problem.
- Meet with customers.
- Collaborate with others (Business Process Analysts, Project Managers) to identify, clarify, and capture customer requirements.
- Document as is and To Be process flows.
Analyze the software solution options.
- Evaluate the available software options.
- Consult with the IT enterprise architects to understand the IT roadmap.
- Lead or participate in a cost analysis.
- Lead or participate in a decision analysis.
- Collaborate with the project coordinator to determine the time, resource constraints, etc.
- Review options with the customer to help determine the best solution.
Follow the software development lifecycle to deliver solutions.
- Design a solution based on customer requirements.
- Implement the software solution.
- Complete unit testing.
- Participate with end users in integration and user acceptance testing.
- Document (technical specifications, test plans, deployment plans, etc.).
Provide 24x7 support for software issues, with arrangement (via on-line, on-call… model) when necessary to lead to resolve worldwide case(s).
- Act as the (SME) and final point of contact.
- Respond to customer or developer requests for assistance.
- solve issues independently and with other teams.
- Identify and document defects and enhancements.
- Assist with the onboarding of support team members through training and mentoring.
Work to maintain skills and improve the IT roadmap.
- Attend conferences and seminars.
- Attend training and implement the information learned.
- Research Standard methodologies, current trends, and techniques.
- Make recommendations to the enterprise architect for changes to the IT roadmap.
- Implement technology interactions based on company and industry best Standard methodologies.
AI Relevant Job Responsibilities.
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business

To accomplish that, the ideal candidate needs to demonstrate adaptive and agility characteristics to co-work with multi-functional teams worldwide in projects.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree(or above) major in Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Have experience in application development is preferred.
- Interested in system development, maintenance and performance improvement.
- Familiar with Perl、Linux.
- Nice to have TCL、Java、C#、Python、C/C++is preferable.
- Experience in system developing of Semiconductor FAB will be precedentially considered.
- Good English language skill.
- AI-related skills(LLM, Agent, Agentic AI, Cloud Assist, Copilot..etc)and experience are highly preferred.
