Senior Applications Engineer (Back-End)

What You'll Do

• Work closely with customers to deploy and optimize Synopsys EDA solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex design flow issues.
• Deliver training, technical workshops, and methodology guidance.
• Create application notes, best-practice documents, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams to improve products and customer success.
• Support product evaluations, demos, and pre-sales activities.
• Drive design flow and methodology improvements.

What We're Looking For

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Synthesis, Physical Design, STA, Physical Verification, or Signoff.
• Solid understanding of RTL-to-GDSII implementation flow.
• Experience with Linux and scripting (Tcl, Python, Perl, or Shell).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Synopsys tools is a plus.
