SR. Scheduling System Engineer

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Develop, implement, and maintain smart scheduling systems for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine efficient scheduling solutions.
- Analyze and optimize scheduling processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to successfully implement innovative scheduling strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field of study
- Programming language capability on C#, Python, APF Formatter, SQL, Python and CPLEX; experience with Snowflake, GCP and JS
- Knowledge and experience in factory scheduling, simulation and application development.
- Knowledge and experience in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning are preferred.
- With growth mindset to be adaptive in a rapidly changing environment, embrace challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as Azure, JIRA, Git, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Using AI to analyze the problem, structuralize the code development & review, and validate & visualize the result
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, other technical fields, or equivalent professional work experience.
- Knowledge and experience in simulation, factory scheduling, optimization, machine learning, reinforcement learning preferred.
- Strong FAB operation domain knowledge and with experience in project driving.
