Responsibilities And Tasks
Inventory Management. Receiving, inspection, and proper storage of incoming materials. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the systems.
Operational excellence: Execute timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Ensure compliance with 6S standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Process & Compliance. Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements. Support implementation of warehouse process improvements and automation tools. Assist in internal/external audits and corrective action plans.
Process Optimization. Initiate and participate process standardization. Address inefficiency, identify issue and initiate improvement activities.
Reporting. Data analysis. Daily/weekly reports on inventory accuracy, shipment performance, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in Warehouse operations
Forklift operation license is a plus
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing magnificent results.
Willingness to accept and adapt to day and night shift rotations.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
Ability to strictly follow SOPs and training instructions to ensure world-class quality.
Working Hours:
Working hours follow a 12-hour rotating shift schedule based on a 4-3 / 3-4 pattern, with day and night shifts rotating every 3 to 4 months or Regular Day Shift
Salary start from NTD37,500
