Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, > software, and IT-related issues. ) ey
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, (aaa scanners, and other IT equipment. j =)
Troubleshoot operating system, application, and network connectivity issues. 5
Assist with the installation and maintenance of Windows operating systems and business applications
Support LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
Perform routine system updates, antivirus checks, and basic security maintenance. ©
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic networking.
Knowledge of printers, scanners, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Previous experience in IT support will be an added advantage.
