Requirements:

3-6 years of backend engineering experience building production systems at scale.
B. E. /B. Tech or M. E. /M. Tech/M. S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a top-tier engineering college.
Proficiency in Python, Go, Node.js, or Java with a proven track record of building 0-to-1 products.
Deep database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB - schema design, query optimisation, indexing.
Cloud-native development experience: AWS/GCP/Azure, containerization (Docker/K8S), CI/CD pipelines.
Can design scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Strong experience in API design - RESTful APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures.
Self-motivated and autonomous - high ownership, product thinking, clear communicator.
Fast learner with startup DNA - thrive in ambiguity, move fast, iterate based on feedback.
Experience building AI/ML products (LLM integrations, RAG systems, agentic workflows).
Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS platforms and financial systems.
Those who have built products from scratch that scaled as an early team member or a founder.
Good to have experience with finance and accounting workflows, ERP integrations, or compliance systems (ASC 842 IFRS 16).
