Security Sales Specialist

As a Security Sales Specialist, you help customers protect their organizations while modernizing on Microsoft cloud and artificial intelligence solutions. You partner closely with customers to understand their challenges, connect them to the right Microsoft security capabilities, and guide them through complex buying decisions.

In this role, you work at the intersection of customers and technology. You lead strategic conversations, translate security and business requirements into solution roadmaps, and coordinate virtual teams across the security organization to drive customer value and measurable business outcomes. Your ability to build trust with customers, anticipate their needs, and orchestrate the right resources will be key to growing the security business and deepening adoption of Microsoft security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with customer security and business decision makers to identify, qualify, prioritize, and accelerate sales opportunities aligned to their security priorities and success objectives.
• Leverage whitespace analysis and market intelligence to identify new security business opportunities and market gaps, and translate insights into targeted sales strategies and plays.
• Partner across internal teams to design and position solutions that enable cloud and artificial intelligence-driven security transformations for new and existing customers.
• Engage in regular sales pipeline reviews, using available analytics and forecasting tools to maintain pipeline hygiene, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure progress against targets.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to drive co-selling motions, ensure effective handoffs throughout the deal lifecycle, and increase customer value realization and renewals for Microsoft security solutions.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND proven years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.

• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND proven years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND several years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
• Proven years solution or services sales experience.

Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Belgium is € 82,600.00 - € 123,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
