Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation and sustained execution of Breakfix Kaizen outcomes and commitments.
  • Use operational measures including FPY, productivity, backlog and TTR to identify systemic barriers to capacity recovery and drive corrective actions.
  • Partner across Datacenter Operations, ITPS, engineering groups and engineering/tooling teams to translate operational problems into process, workflow and tooling improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional capacity-recovery initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption and measurable results.
  • Establish clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, risks and success measures across complex initiatives that span multiple organizations.
  • Support Commercial Cloud and other high-priority capacity escalations, connecting immediate operational issues to systemic process improvements.
  • Develop concise, data-driven operational insights and leadership reporting that make performance gaps, root causes and required actions clear.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or relevant experience in technical program management, operations, engineering.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical or operational programs across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure, datacenter operations, service operations, or other high-availability technical environments.
  • Experience with Breakfix, incident recovery, capacity recovery, fleet health, remediation, or operational service management.
  • Experience using operational metrics such as First Pass Yield, throughput, backlog, TTR, SLA attainment, or productivity to identify problems and drive measurable improvements.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement, Kaizen, Lean, root-cause analysis, or similar structured problem-solving approaches to operational problems.
  • Experience partnering across operations and engineering organizations to translate operational requirements into process, workflow, automation, or tooling improvements.
  • Experience with executive-level operational reporting and business reviews, including synthesizing complex data into clear insights, risks, decisions, and actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, identify systemic problems, establish structure and ownership, and drive work to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience translating operational performance data and business requirements into prioritized actions, improvement initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing process, workflow, or operational performance gaps, including driving corrective actions through implementation.
  • Experience establishing and managing program objectives, success measures, milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex operational issues, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across decentralized organizations without direct authority.
