The Analytics Manager will be pivotal in our data-driven decision-making process, responsible for interpreting data facts into actionable insights, creating forecasting models, and developing predictive analytics.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, provide analytical support, and guide strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead stakeholder engagement with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to influence subdomain roadmaps and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring smooth integration of new members and supporting their professional development.
• Maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence, promoting the best practices in advanced analytics and measurement.
• Ensure visibility and value creation of projects, influence adoption of correct metrics and strategies, and build trust with all stakeholders.
• Summarize data, interpret results from analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights for internal partners and management.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future business trends.
• Create predictive analytics models to identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply them to improve our processes.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or similar role.

• Experience with SQL and databases.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to turn insights into action.
