岗位职责：
1. 作为系统故障诊断专家，跟踪家用空调系统故障诊断技术的最新进展，负责调研家用空调故障诊断技术需求、趋势和行业动态，主导空调系统故障诊断的技术规划；
2. 主导家用空调系统故障诊断平台建设，负责关键系统故障诊断技术的技术攻关，开发先进的故障诊断技术和全生命周期健康管理技术，建设一流的空调故障诊断平台；
3. 同客户和价值链沟通，推动故障诊断技术和全生命周期健康管理的产业应用和价值最大化。
任职资格：
1. 硕士及以上学历，制冷与低温技术、暖通、传热学、热力学等相关专业，有扎实的制冷系统理论基础；
2. 从事制冷空调产品开发或先行研究8年以上工作经验, 包含3年及以上的制冷空调系统故障诊断经验；
3. 掌握制冷空调的常见故障，具有完整的故障诊断开发和应用的成功经验；
4. 掌握先进的故障诊断常见的智能判定方法和工具，有优秀的行业技术视野；
5. 优秀的团队协作能力、善于钻研，发现、分析、解决问题。
地点：上海 或 佛山均可。
