Key Performance Indicators
- Assigned work completed according to schedule and approved technical requirements.
- Accuracy and completeness of site records, quantities, and progress reports.
- Inspection pass rate and timely closure of quality observations.
- Effective coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Task Breakdown:
- Plan and supervise construction activities to ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and work programs.
- Review drawings and technical documents; identify discrepancies and raise requests for information or clarification where needed.
- Coordinate site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and survey teams to support efficient work sequencing.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, quantities, and productivity and ensure required inspections and tests are completed.
- Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, quantity records, and as-built information.
- Track material and equipment needs and coordinate timely requests with procurement, logistics, and site management.
- Ensure implementation of approved quality, safety, and environmental procedures and report non-compliance promptly.
- Assist with measurement, variation records, and technical documentation for interim valuations and project closeout.
Years of Experience: 8-10 years appropriate to the role level experience.
Relevant Experience:
- Relevant experience in construction execution, site coordination, and supervision.
- Experience with measurement, quality control, progress reporting, and common engineering software is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Construction methods, drawing interpretation, and technical problem-solving.
- Work planning, site coordination, measurement, and progress monitoring.
- Quality assurance, inspection, and documentation.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering and office software.
Soft Skills: Clear communication and teamwork.Education & Certifications
