As a Global FinTech market leader and ASX listed company, Bravura is a trusted partner to over 350 leading financial services clients. We invest significantly in our technology hubs to develop cutting-edge solutions that support our clients to achieve financial security and prosperity.
About the Role
The Senior Enterprise Applications Business Analyst, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Applications, is responsible for gathering, analysing, shaping and documenting requirements for enterprise application and enterprise data change across Bravura. The role works closely with business stakeholders across the business, Enterprise Applications & Data, the wider IT team, delivery teams and vendors to ensure technology solutions are aligned to business objectives and the overall enterprise architecture direction.
This role will support enterprise applications and data delivery through requirements definition, process and data analysis, impact assessment and end-to-end traceability from business need to solution implementation. The role helps drive consistency, quality and governance across enterprise application and data change initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Enterprise Applications Analysis: Own end-to-end BA activities for implementations, integrations, and enhancements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.
Enterprise Data Analysis: Collaborate with data SMEs to define data flows, lineage, master data, mapping, migration, and reporting requirements. Support data catalogue management and impact assessments for data warehouses.
Delivery & Practice Standardisation: Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of reusable BA frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards across the portfolio.
Collaboration & Quality: Facilitate discovery workshops, support governance forums, define acceptance criteria, support testing (UAT), and validate release readiness.
