- Im Großraum Saarland führen und betreuen Sie den technischen Außendienst für Professional HCS im Bereich gewerbliche Wäschepflege
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team setzen Sie vereinbarte Ziele in die Praxis um und sorgen dafür, dass Erwartungen und Prioritäten klar sind
- Bei Reklamationen klären Sie die Situation mit den Beteiligten und finden tragfähige Lösungen für unsere Kunden
- Ihr technisches Wissen geben Sie in Schulungen an Miele-Kundendiensttechniker und Handelspartner an regionalen und überregionalen Standorten weiter
- Als Schnittstelle zum Außendienst erfassen Sie relevante Informationen und geben internen sowie externen Ansprechpartnern verlässliche Auskünfte

- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und sich zum Elektromeister weiterqualifiziert
- Für die Aufgabe bringen Sie fundierte Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit
- Im täglichen Kontakt mit Kunden und Beschäftigten kommunizieren Sie offen, verständlich und mit dem nötigen Einfühlungsvermögen
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit der IT gehört für Sie ebenso zum Arbeitsalltag wie ein hohes Verantwortungsgefühl bei Entscheidungen und Aufgaben
- Für Ihre Einsätze besitzen Sie einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B und wohnen idealerweise im Großraum Saarland
