MIGx interdisciplinary teams from Switzerland, Spain and Georgia have been taking care of projects in the fields of M&A, Integration, Application, Data Platforms, Processes, IT management, Digital transformation, Managed services and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice processing, billing, and payment allocation.
- Prepare payment runs, reconcile bank accounts and support cash management activities.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and perform account and subledger reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and validate financial data, reporting packages and finance trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain financial records, master data, and documentation in line with internal controls.
- Support process automation and collaborate with colleagues across our Swiss entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite or similar).
- Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive, structured working style.
- Fluent English (professional working proficiency).
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
