Part-Time Marketing Manager

We are a medical center based in Astana, Kazakhstan, looking for a Part-Time Marketing Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a proactive and creative person who can help us grow our patient base through both online and offline marketing.

What you will do

• Manage and develop our online marketing activities.

• Run and optimize advertising campaigns.

• Work with Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.

• Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers.

• Analyze results and identify opportunities for growth.

• Research competitors and the healthcare market in Astana.

• Coordinate social media content and work with designers/content creators.

• Create and coordinate business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.

• Prepare briefs for designers and make sure marketing materials are effective and consistent with our brand.

• Explore partnerships, influencers, and other opportunities to attract new patients.

• Track leads, appointments, and marketing performance.

• Provide regular updates and recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.

• Experience with Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

• Understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.

• Creative and proactive mindset.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.

• Experience in healthcare, clinics, dentistry, or other service businesses is a plus.
