工作职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责游戏研发工具的产品规划与迭代落地，深入理解研发团队各角色的真实工作流，将模糊、不完整的业务问题转化为清晰的优先级与产品方案。

2.在敏捷迭代节奏下推进产品演进，把复杂问题切分为可验证的小步交付，基于游戏研发真实反馈快速调整方向，同时在持续迭代中维护端到端的信息架构与产品全景。

3.善用AI能力，能有效识别适合 agent 参与的研发环节，设计 agent 与用户协作的交互方式，并验证其真实价值。

4.与研发、设计、测试等多角色团队协作，能把业务语⾔、产品设计和研发约束对⻬为可执⾏⽅案，持续跟踪使用效果并对结果负责。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.5年及以上产品、游戏研发⼯具或相关领域⼯作经验，有服务专业用户的复杂工具产品完整经历，具备独立负责产品线的能力，熟练运用 AI agent 工具开展工作者优先。

2.熟悉游戏研发流程，能够与游戏研发各专业⻆⾊有效沟通并理解其业务诉求。

3.游戏引擎、编辑器、内容⽣产、性能分析或研发⼯具相关经验者优先。

1.有 AI 产品的实际规划或落地经验，从 0 到 1 建设复杂⼯具或平台的产品经验。

2.熟悉 Maya、PerfDog、Unreal Insight 等研发工具，或有游戏研发团队工作经历。
