HR & Admin Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR & Administration Executive to join our growing team in Pune.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable taking ownership across HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle, Administration, Employee Engagement, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee records, confirmations, exits, and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, HRMS updates, and payroll inputs.
• Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
• Assist with HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee queries.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, assets, and day-to-day workplace requirements.
• Maintain HR/Admin trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Work closely with employees, managers, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth HR & Admin operations.
• Take ownership of multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR & Admin, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in a startup, technology, IT/ITES, or fast-growing organisation will be preferred.
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and other HR tools.
• Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
