About the Role
Milton Rents is seeking a customer-focused Rental Coordinator to support equipment rentals and sales. You'll be the primary contact with customers, helping them find the right equipment while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales and rental inquiries.
- Assist walk-in customers and process rental transactions.
- Coordinate rentals and sales with dispatch, service, and outside sales teams.
- Manage reservations, contracts, transportation, and payments.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Construction or equipment industry knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
